Shipping
Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched, however in most circumstances we will dispatch the same day as you order.
United Kingdom
Items will be sent as follows unless stated otherwise:
Tees/Bags/Prints: Royal Mail 2nd Class
Framed Prints: MyHermes Standard
International
Items are usually sent via Royal Mail and larger orders will have a tracking number.
Your order should arrive within 10 working days after dispatch.
(These delivery times are guidelines and may vary due to mail handling procedures in certain countries).
We calculate shipping prices based on average parcel costs to that region.

Returns
In the unlikely event you need to return a product please let us know within 14 days of receiving the item, we will then provide postage details on how to return it to us.
Exchanges
Once we receive the item we will ship the replacement to you as soon as possible (usually the same day).
Refunds
Once we receive the item we will process the refund via PayPal or Stripe depending on how you initially paid (usually the same day).
All refunds will be processed using the same account details used to make the initial order.
